I must admit this was one of the best years for kamp. I have been attending for 4 years of my life. yes, yes, i know im old and all. This year was especially great because of the diversity of everyone. I know we all have a story and when we bring them all together it makes more than just friendships.
I know after this weekend I walked away with more confidence in myself and the community that we have. I think to myself most every night that we can all keep in touch and be close even though we are all so far apart. I love you all.

Hey guys, I love each and every one of you as a sister! If you would have told me two weeks ago that I would actually enjoy being a gay man in Montana, I would have giggled slightly. I never imagined that I would feel such a strong connection to so many guys. This retreat changed my outlook on life, hope, humanity, and community. I appreciate everything you gals have done for me. I am truly proud to stand up next to all of you and scream to the world that I am gay, because now I am not ashamed of it, I am not held back as if it were a broken leg, I am empowered, now, by the strength and light that each of you have shown me. I want to thank you for showing me the light, showing me the power and the strength, and most of all, for showing me the hope.
